Although Tottenham didn’t win anything in the 2018/19 season, it was a memorable year for them, as it marked the very first time in the club’s history that they played in the final of the Champions League. They ultimately lost 2-0 to Liverpool, but to get there was an achievement.
They finished 4th in the Premier League, but could well have finished higher had the second half of the season gone as well as the first – they only won 3 of their last 12 games, with 7 losses and 2 draws.
Their FA Cup campaign ended in the 4th Round and although they made it to the semi finals of the EFL Cup they were stopped by Chelsea who went through on penalties. At the end of the season they had played 58 games in all competitions and won 33 of them, giving a win ratio of 56.90%.
