We had three of our five selections land last week, and one of those that failed saw Brazil throw everything bar the kitchen sink at Belgium and still come up empty handed.
We don’t have the World Cup to bet upon this week in our both teams to score betting tips, and we are genuinely sad to see the tournament go; even if it has been a difficult assignment for punters to take advantage of!
So we’re off on a global hunt for our BTTS tips this week, and here are the fruits of our labour:

DC United vs Vancouver Whitecaps – Yes (1/2)
It’s a huge weekend for DC United, who will not only unveil their new Audi Field home ground but also get to see Wayne Rooney in a black shirt for the first time.
That celebratory atmosphere should help to propel them to victory here, especially as first choice Vancouver keeper Stefan Marinovic and defender Kendall Waston are out injured.
But the Canadians have goals in their ranks from the likes of Kei Kamara and Cristian Techera, and while we don’t expect them to poop Rooney’s party they could well get on the scoresheet.
Los Angeles FC vs Portland Timbers – Yes (1/2)
Even without Carlos Vela who has been away on international duty with Mexico, Los Angeles have still been blasting in the goals.
Indeed, they’ve notched 16 in their last five outings, winning four of those and drawing the other 2-2.
That gives you an idea of how tough the assignment facing Portland is, but they themselves are unbeaten in eleven with eight victories in those.
The Timbers have only failed to find the net once since March, but they have only kept one clean sheet in their last seven on the flipside of that, so we’re expecting goals in LA on Sunday.
Malmo vs Ostersunds – Yes (3/4)
The goals are flowing liberally for both of these teams, and that’s why we fancy this clash could be an entertaining encounter.
Malmo have scored two or goals in three of their last four games, winning two of those (2-0 and 4-0), drawing 1-1 and losing 2-3. BTTS has landed in four out of six on home soil.
As for Ostersunds, they are unbeaten in five but have only kept one clean sheet in that run: winning 5-2, 3-2, 2-1 and 2-0, and drawing 1-1.

GIF Sundsvall vs AIK – Yes (10/11)
GIF Sundsvall are going well on home soil, and they won’t fear the visit of league leaders AIK on Sunday.
Their formline in front of their own supporters is strong (W4 D2 L1), and in those matches they have scored twelve in seven. The hosts have scored ten and conceded eight in their last half-dozen games.
AIK have a Europa League qualifying match to tackle on Thursday in Ireland against Shamrock Rovers, and so they may come into this one less well-prepared than normal.
But they top the Swedish Allsvenskan for a reason, and remain unbeaten in 13 matches this term: BTTS has landed in their last four, however, and 3-3 and 4-1 scorelines whet the appetite further.
FC Nordsjaelland vs Esbjerg – Yes (3/4)
The Danish Superligaen returns this weekend, and we’re going to jump straight back in on a team which delivered the goods BTTS wise last term.
FC Nordsjaelland’s 36 matches witnessed a ridiculous 134 goals last season, with BTTS landing in 28/36. Even Over 2.5 Goals hit the spot in 30/36!
Their first assignment this season is a home game against newly promoted Esbjerg, who will surely have that buzz that comes with success.
The step up in class may catch the visitors out, but the gung ho nature of their hosts should at least present them with opportunities.
