  • Bolton Wanderers vs MK Dons – The mini renaissance from Bolton continues, with a formline of W2 D2 L2 backed by a win over a Manchester City Under-21s side in the EFL Trophy. Keith Hill has worked wonders at the Trotters, and they are certainly a healthier proposition than the MK Dons (W0 D1 L5) right now, who have scored one goal in their last 500+ minutes of football.
  • Tranmere Rovers vs Wycombe Wanderers – Sometimes in football betting, it pays to go against the grain. Wycombe have been a revelation in League One, but their away form – W2 D4 L1 – reveals a side not exactly blowing sides away on the road. Indeed, their last three wins anywhere have been by a 1-0 scoreline. So let’s take a chance on Tranmere, with their W2 D1 L1 formline in their last four and W2 D3 L2 on home soil.
  • Forest Green vs Plymouth Argyle – It’s hard to know what the bookies are seeing in Plymouth here. Their current form is okay, but their away record – W2 D2 L4 – speaks for itself, as does the fact they haven’t beaten a top-half side since August home or away. Forest Green are top of League Two courtesy of a run of four wins from six, and they have only lost once on home soil all season.
  • Salford City vs Swindon Town – While on paper their form looks reasonable enough, Salford are recording some fairly hapless Expected Goals figures of late and surely their luck will run out soon enough. There’s a strong chance it will against Swindon, who head north on the back of three straight wins (goal difference +6). They’ve only lost 2/8 on their travels, too.
  • Armenia vs Greece – International football can be rich pickings for punters, with bookmakers seemingly unable to price up matches effectively. That’s the case here with Armenia, who gave Italy a good run for their money on home soil and who enjoyed an excellent 4-2 win over Bosnia-Herzegovina in recent times. Greece are not a major footballing power anymore, as evidenced by their 2-3 defeat to Armenia in the reverse fixture.
