All Five Results as an Accumulator | 13.29/1 |
- Tottenham vs Southampton: Yes – Tottenham have not been at their defensive best so far this season, and have only kept one clean sheet in six in the Premier League. They also shipped two at Olympiacos in the Champions League, and Mauricio Pochettino might have one eye on their next game in that competition against Bayern in midweek. We don’t expect Southampton to get a result here, but they are good value to find the net.
- Stoke City vs Nottingham Forest: No – It’s been back to basics for Nathan Jones at Stoke, where he has altered his shape to make his team more defensively sound. The 0-0 draw with Brentford last time out suggests his message is getting through to his players. Forest, meanwhile, have scored eleven in eight this term; perfectly acceptable, but they aren’t prolific and may lack the imagination to find a way past a more pragmatic Stoke.
- QPR vs West Brom: Yes – Two of the best attacking sides in the Championship meet on Saturday lunchtime, and so we expect goals to duly follow. Nakhi Wells and Jordan Hugill have got ten goals between them already this term for QPR, backed by the brilliant Ebe Eze. The Baggies tend to share their goals around more, but any side featuring Charlie Austin, Matt Phillips, Matheus Perreira and Grady Diangana is dangerous.
- Huddersfield Town vs Millwall: No – Danny Cowley saw the size of his task at Huddersfield when his side threw away a 2-1 lead at West Brom last time out. Afterwards, he told local paper The Examiner that he would be preparing defensively for this game against Millwall with the aim of keeping a clean sheet. And why not: the Lions have netted just six times this season.
- Southend United vs Accrington Stanley: Yes – Only Bolton have conceded as many goals as Southend this term: a staggering 24 in just nine games. And yet, they have some attacking impetus, putting three each past Wycombe, Fleetwood and Shrewsbury. Accrington will give them a good go here, with BTTS landing in 7/9 they’ve been involved in.
