  • CS Petrocub vs AEK Larnaca: Yes – Talk about all action! The first leg of this Europa League qualifier saw ten shots on target, 22 shots all together, nine corners, 37 fouls and nine yellow cards! Only one goal was scored, ironically, which went to Larnaca, but there was enough goalmouth action to suggest that there will be more in this return fixture.
  • Buducnost Podgorica vs Trans Narva: No – Despite being the home side in the first leg, Trans Narva could muster up only one shot off target and won two corners. Buducnost were completely dominant in their 2-0 win, and with the tie relatively in the balance we don’t anticipate them taking their foot off the gas here. Surely their visitors haven’t the quality to break them down?
  • NK Domzale vs Balzan FC: Yes – These two played out an entertaining 3-4 scoreline in the first leg which went the way of Domzale, but seven goals – plus ten shots on target – suggests that more are on the agenda in Slovenia. Even money for BTTS looks more than fair game here.
  • KR Reykjavik vs Molde: Yes – The first leg between these two teams was an extraordinary affair, with Molde running out 7-1 winners despite their Icelandic opponents firing in seven shots on target and winning six corners. The game is up for Reykjavik here of course, but if they show the same attacking flair on home soil then they can give their Norwegian opponents a real run for their money.
  • Hibernians vs Shakhtar Soligorsk: Yes – No, not the Scottish side Hibernian, but the Maltese Hibernians who went down 0-1 in the first leg in Belarus. But they gave a good account of themselves, and while we expect Soligorsk’s class to shine through the hosts have enough about them to trouble the scorers.
