- Leicester City vs AFC Bournemouth – It’s hard not to be impressed by Leicester’s win against Burnley last time out despite playing 85 minutes with ten men. That’s W3 D0 L1 since Brendan Rodgers took the reins, and the Foxes are trending in the right direction. As for Bournemouth, injuries are their main problem: S Cook, L Cook, Stanislas, Gosling and Smith are all unavailable.
- Liverpool vs Tottenham – It was a surprise to see Liverpool at odds as generous as these. Their front three are fit, as are Van Dijk and Milner, and the Reds have been irresistible at Anfield (W13 D2 L0). Tottenham have lost three on the spin on the road, concede an average of more than one goal per game away from home and look vulnerable against teams that attack them head-on.
- Ipswich Town vs Hull City – Ipswich are a tough nut to crack at the moment (W0 D6 L1) and have been at Portman Road all season (W2 D10 L7). They’ll welcome vulnerable Hull here, who have shipped eleven goals in their last three away games, with only Blackburn conceding more on the road this term (38 in 19 for the Tigers).
- Sheffield United vs Bristol City – Sheffield United are like a runaway train at the moment (W7 D2 L0) with seven straight clean sheets. The Blades are strong at Bramall Lane too (W13 D3 L3). Bristol City have been poor of late (W0 D2 L3) with no clean sheet in six, and a record of W1 D2 L5 against top six sides.
- Wigan Athletic vs Brentford – Wigan have won 33 points at home this season, Brentford have won just 13 on the road. The Latics did lose three away games on the spin lately, but stuck five past Bolton last time out and are W3 D3 L0 at home recently. Brentford improving under Thomas Frank, but still W2 D2 L3 away from home since Christmas.
